How many years does it take to lose belly fats?

Question:
I work out and try to lose weight.I am losing weight...but I need to know how many years did other's gained a six pack?

Answers:
It really depends on what your workouts & diet consist of. I am guessing that you don't seem to be making a lot of progress in the abs area. Here's a great website that specializes in getting a six pack, the right way:

When you get on the right program & really follow it you should see major results within 6 months. You should start to see minor results within 4-8 weekks. That's may be just me though.
depends on how "fat" your stomach is, takes 3,500 calories burned to lose 1 pound of fat
that doesn't mean going to the gym and killing yourself by trying to burn that much calories (physically impossible)
best way to lose belly fat and get your stomach muscles toned is lots of protein which builds the muscle
try protein shakes and eat lots of egg whites, beans, lean meats and protein bars
don't eat foods which lot of fats and muscle train, do abb work outs.
it doesn't have to take YEARS if you eat properly (lots of protein, not too many carbs, at least five small meals a day), exercise at least 6 times a week (a minimum of 60 minutes if you're trying to lose weight), and drinking lots of water (at least 1/2 of your body weight in oz).
first of all, its great to hear you're working out :)now, working out will definitely help you strenghten your muscles, but you could have the strongest muscles in the world and they could be hidden by layers of fat!

so in addition to your gymming, you HAVE to maintain a healthy diet. i'm not saying go extreme and cut out everything junky, just add lots of fruits, vegetables, juice, etc to your diet, and you'll be consuming less fat, and therefore the fat on your tummy will burn away --- it took me a month to see an almost-flat tummy, and i'm not too keen on getting tight abs, happy with mine the way they are :)

good luck!
