Watching My Weight?

Question:
Will I lose weight if I just diet, and really not excercise?

Answers:
To lose weight, remember it is 80% nutrition & 20% exercise.

You could not change your diet at all & work out at the gym 2 hours a day and NEVER lose a single pound. (been there, done that)

So you should change your diet first by following a whole foods approach & then incorporate some type of exercise in - like walking 30 minutes a day-even if it's just in 10 minute spurts.

Exercise is what will give your body composition and a lean look.
maybe a little, but it will be a lot slower. even just walking 30 min a day would help.
yes you will. but only up to a certain point and it depends on what your diet is. dont think your body is going to tone by itself! but you will shed off some fat by eating right
Why don't you get books about fitness. And I think it might work
well you have to burn off the fat so i would say you have to exercise
Well simple math will say yes... amount of calories burned is great than amount eatten then you loose weight. Of course exercise helps brun calories and build muscle which also burns more calories, as we all know. But yes if you really diet that should work, just not as effectively.
