I dunno but 1 rich tea biscuit is half a point and 4 of them used to satisfy the craving.
Sorry, I can't direct you to a particular site, but if you search forums for weight watchers, someone there might have the info. Personally, if I absolutely can't find the points, I use 2 points for every 75 calories (suggested by my nutritionist). It seems to work.
don't you have that point calculator thing? you just use the calories, grams of fat, and grams of fiber and it tells you how many points it is.
hey, have you tried the website? you can type in the amount of fat etcand the site will work it out 4 u. Also another option for you is to buy a points calculater from the meetings. Good luck!
try their website. or just eat and apple (0.5 points)
crunchieis 3 and halfpoints kitkat r 1 point per fnger penguins are 3 points twirls are 5 points . if u need to know the points values of other chocs u can use ur sliding calculator thing which should have had when u joined. hope this helps and good luck
work it out using the points calculator or the points formula.

http://www.sublogic.com/points/---->... This is for the ponts formula (UK VERSION ON THE SITE AS WELL!!)
Oh just eat it. Better that than this constant "should I, shouldn't I?" we get from you serial dieters.
If you got to www.dwlz.com she has a list of tons of food with point values. Also if you have the calories, fat & fiber you can go here http://mywebpages.comcast.net/kreider/po... and it will calculate the points for you.

One piece of dark dove chocolate is 1 point and if you suck on it instead of chewing it...it last a lot longer and always satisfies my sweet tooth.
Main thing is not to waste points on things that are not filling to you. i.e. orange juice, soda, salad dressing, etc. Save them for the desserts.

Here's a good site for tips: http://www.alanlight.com/weight%20watche...

This site has some 1 point snacks and desserts

If you want a piece of chocolate occassionally, just have it and don't worry about points. Just try to stay under your maximum points the next day.
curly wurleys are only 1& half points
time out (2 fingers) 4 points
milky way 2 points
blue riband 2 points
mini smarties 2 points
polo spearmint (whole packet) 2 points
polo fruits (whole packet) 2 points
fruit pastilles (1 tube) 2 points
