Did you know there is NO QUICK FIX FOR LOSING WEIGHT.
Before anyone posts anything stupid I'll explain.
water diets and starving yourself are bad because right after you stop, you gain all your weigh back plus more.
lemon juice, all that stuff, thats just like pouring acids down your throat, dialited with water or not. Do you want ulcers? No.
It's as simple as eating less, and exersising more about 30mins to an hour everyday, and keeping your metabolism going by eating 5-6 SMALL meals a day.Simply put, 3 normal meals, 3 healthy snacks.
If you want an appetite suppressor, drink a glass of water, or eat a piece of bread wait a few minutes then eat.
Otherwise, the only thing I can say is get in all your vitimans, and make sure to eat things with natural vibrant colors! Cut down on things like salad dressing, cookies, chips, soda etc.

This will help your skin glow and become lean over time.
You may want to focus on your health more so than your weight. You need to know that sugar, junk food, and fast food are not your friends when it come to being fit or healthy(being fit means you will be at your ideal weight). Too much of these thing will lead to a very unhealthy you.
Balance is the key to life; eating only convenient and processed food often containing growth hormones, preservatives, additives and seasons like MSG (see http://stayinformed.info/kitchen.html... why you should stay away from wheat (gluten), MSG and other foods that causes obesity and hypertension) may lead to weight gain, obesity, diabetes, hypertension and other diseases.
Here are a few suggestions to becoming lean and fit:
Substitute your sugar drinks such as sodas and juices for water, green or ginger tea. Drink 30 minutes before or after each meal (see http://stayinformed.info/health/healthid... ).
When eating, help the digestive process. Take your time and chew your food 3 to 4 times longer than usually take ( break it down to almost a liquid). This will aid in the digestive process. Add fiber and substitute some daily choices like (fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meats) with organic selection. The organic foods do not contain the growth hormones, MSG, preservatives, gluten, and artificial flavoring may lead to weight gain.
Remove or reduce wheat, dairy, sugar, and processed food (junk foods, can foods, food in boxes, restaurants foods, fast foods, etc.).
Enjoy your life, exercise when ever you get the opportunity, go for a walk, jog, swim, go out dancing, play sports, or just do what you enjoy a lot and incorporate exercise. These things will get you on your way to being healthier which will translate into a smaller and more vibrant you.
This will help you to day tomorrow and for the rest of your life.

If you want to get bigger instead of just toning up you should
- increase your calorie intake for the day lots
- Use a rep range of 6-8 reps with training i.e. very high intensity
- keep cardio to a minimum
- eat plenty of meat and carbohydrates, lots of carbohydrates
- maybe use a weight gainer supplement.
Diet!
You should decide how many calories you want in your diet, and then I would recomend looking for items that are low calorie, but also low fat, but it all depends on what you are doing for your diet. The main thing for a diet to work is just to consume fewer calories than what you are burning, so lower calorie is best. But the thing about just lower calorie is that you don't want to get something that is lower calorie, but still has a ton of fat, and you don't want to get something that is low calorie but with a ton of sugar. Just look at the labels and you need to figure out what fits into YOUR diet.
