why would you want to get back that small? you sound fine like you are.
You're going to have to burn more calories than you eat, that simple.

I am 95 pounds, size 0, and I've had three kids: one singleton and a set of twins, which are 18 months old, so you CAN do it.

If you love to eat, then get on a really good workout plan that includes weight lifting...the easier thing would be to cut your eating down AND exercise moderately.

To get my weight back after the twins, I cut my fat intake back to about 10 grams/day, and I started to walk about 20mins/day on the treadmill.

STOP EATING BREAD AND PASTA eat a lot more veggies and take a look at the SOUTH BEACH DIET do situps and leg lifts and curls which are when you lie on your back and lift your hips of the grownd with your knees pulled into your chest hope this helped :D
try doing crunches. I am 5'7 and I used to weigh 118 and had 2 kids and now 13 years later I weigh 145. i have a little pouch and i have been doing crunches and it is working.
Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.

Do brisk walking. They are great for burning body and tummy fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
