You should rest. As long as you eat properly and the set amount of calories you need to maintain your weight, you will not gain weight due to the cold. Pushing yourself too much while being sick might be counterproductive.
Drink a lot of soup and fluids, rest, relax, and take out some old Star Wars movies. There is nothing wrong with just taking a break once in a while. As a matter of fact, you will relieve stress and thats more important than anything else because you will be more healthy mentally and emotionally.
do some squats and lunges! pushups, sit ups etc etc...
You really shouldn't be doing exercise when you're sick. Your body needs to rest and get better. My trainer told me that 80% of your health depends on diet and only 10% on exercise. Eat healthy, stay off your feet for a while and get your energy back. That way, you'll have a workout that you'll be happy about instead of being tired and sick. You should be better in a week, which really isn't a long time.
