no bread, no potatoes, no pasta, no sugar, no rice! the list goes on. you can eat lots of meat, cheese, and veggies and eggs!
You can eat all the veggies, fruit and meat you want but no bread or starches.
I wouldn't recommend eliminating carbs...we need them for energy. A lot of people that do this diet feel like crap. Yes, protein is good but our bodies are meant to have more. The trick is to stay away from carbs that have no nutritional value. Instead of not eating bread, eat whole grain bread for example. Barilla now makes pastas that are healthier too...with omega-3. Make better choices but don't cut out stuff your body really needs.
