Generally the big hair bands of the 80,s
Poison,Van Halen,Ratt
Britney Spears, Nelly Furtado, Lindsay Lohan, Jennifer Lopez, Hillary Duff, even Paris Hilton remixes. Also any upbeat/silly song of the moment (i.e. that lipgloss song). Most of it I would never normally listen to... but it keeps you really motivated during cardio. (Also, it doesn't hurt to be reminded of their amazing bodies when you're working on yours in the gym)
Depends, if i am running, white blood cells, they have a great beat to set a rythm to. If i am practicing my Taekwon-do on a bag, maybe some metal bands and whatnot so you get the adrenaline running.
