Not eating is NOT a form of dieting, it's an eating disorder and to consider doing it makes you an idiot.

Follow traditional, proven methods of fixing your diet and exercising instead of looking for half-measures and shortcuts.

umm...i think you would probably faint and your body would shut down if you did that. and no...i dont think even if you did that, you'd lose 20 pounds...maybe 10

if you don't eat for two weeks you will get very sick....you must eat just do not eat junk, and don't over eat its that simple. but not eating will not do you any good, in fact it might lead you to binge eating which is a cycle of fasting and binging and that can actually make you gain weight

That is the absolute worst way to lose weight. You can destroy your body and health if you do that. Drink lots of water. It will supress your appetite and also stimulate your metabolism. Exercise. Eat lots of apples and foods with natural fibers to help cleanse your system. Be very intelligent in your food choices, but losing more than about 2-4lbs a week is very unhealthy no matter how you do it unless you are extremely obese than you can lose more without it being a major health risk. However, if you just want to lose 20lbs and not 200 lbs, you're not obese. Don't starve yourself. Your health is more important than a dress size.
No, It's very very unhealthy for you. It will effect you in the long run. Just eat a balance set diet. Exercise for about 30 min every other day or so. It can also effect you mentally. So please do eat!
