Do squats make you thighs bigger?

Question:
because some ppl say they do and i want skinny thighs not bigger ones by making them bigger but do they make them bigger and if they do does runnning up and down the stairs help mae them toned even if squats make ur legs toned do they make umm bigger

Answers:
If you want your thighs thinner (not bulky) you need to have a good diet (first of all).
Next is: Cardio!!!
Run, elliptical, stairmaster, rowing, fast walking for at least 1 hour a day for 4 days a week.
Squats help tone and define (if u do cardio with it), If u just lift and do squats with minimal cardio and minimal dietary change, your legs may get slightly bulkier
no
I dont think so... i think it depends on how many repetitions you do! id say do squats every day to tone up your thighs but dont overdo it otherwise they will look bulky! Also, eat healthier to look longer and leaner!

♥Hope this helps!♥
If you do simple squats and lunges with no weight you'll just tone. If you used heavy weights then you'd build muscle making them bigger. You should be Ok. but remember you will still build some muscle.

I don't really know exactly but if you swim A LOT your thighs will be muscular.
Squats will give you bigger "glutes" than thighs. Squats are great for shaping your bottom and the backs of your thighs. Do low weights and high reps and you should be fine
