I moved from Florida to Georgia about a year and a half ago and a lot of things happened and I stopped being as active as I used to be. Now I'm moving back and I want to get back into the shape I used to be. Obviously the only way to lose a LOT of weight in a short amount of time is plastic surgery and that's not happening, I just want to get toned and fit again a little before I go back. What would be the best excercises to do to get that way quickest? I've been doing some yoga but I need more suggestions, I get bored of the same routine day after day and need something fun to try.

hit up the gym for like 30 mins i.e. lift weights or body weight exericises and then run or walk for like 30 mins. Walking and running you lose the same amount of calories the difference is one is better cardio. And try not to eat after 7 or 8. your not going to lose a significant amount of weight in a short amount of time but you will see results. Another option is u could take diet pills.
Jogging with some inspirational music.
Do Weight Watchers...that is the best and then do Walking..drink lots of water...my cousin did the W.Watchers and lost 30 lbs..in a month...but make this a Lifetime habit...and you will always be fit...Good luck...
