What is a good workout for your lower abs?

Question:
I do sit ups or crunches but it seems like I can only feel them in my upper stomach area. I want to target my lower stomach, like where my belly button is. Is there a workout that will do this? Thanks for your help.

Answers:
Reverse crunches.

Do a search online for ab exercises and you'll find sites that have exercises that target all the different areas of the abs (upper, lower, obliques)
lay flat on ur back in bed w/ ur legs hanging off, bring ur legs straight up.
lie on your back and lift your legs up just slightly and hold, try to keep your back flat because if you arch it will hurt your back
hold for 10sec, 20sec and build up but dont do more than 1 min
Leglifts maybe??
You can't really isolate your lower abs because they all work together. If you need to lose a little fat & that is why you are trying to target them, here's a good site:

Even if you're not trying to lose fat, this site specializes in abs.

Good luck!!
