How can I get slimmer thighs and hips?


Question:
I feel alot better about my body than I use to. But I'm still not okay with it. I once had horrible body image issues and started starving myself. I'm getting help now but I still think if you're not happy with something, you should change it in a healthy way.
My problem is my lower body. It's pretty awful. From the waist up, I'm really thin. I actually have a small frame and a 24in waist. But my hips are 40 inches. I don't mind having a butt at all, but my hips shouldn't be that big. It's not that my hip bones are that wide. There just happens to be a ton of fat there.
My thighs aren't great either. They are so flabby. I've tried exercises before but the thighs just got bulky. They became solid, but they didn't get thinner.
I just want to be happy with myself and I know this will make a difference. I just don't know how to do this at all. If you have any ideas that could seriously help me out, please share! Thanks everyone.

Simple thing I suggest U is Do Yoga Regularly
Alternate running and sprinting for an hour ever day. Do Pilates a couple time a week. Good luck. Bonus- pear shaped people are less at risk from weight related problems than apple shaped people. Count your blessings! Good luck!

so get started take a glass of warm water , add some lemon juice to it, and finally add a little of honey say around 1tsp
take this every morning empty stomach and see the magic in few days
only thing u need to do with is that u should be regular and do as much physical work urself as mauch as u can

walking lunges
stationary lunges
lateral steps
Do a lot of reps-4 sets of 25 without any weight.
