Getting Fit?

Hello, I am overweight but, not obese that is off of the doctors chart. They say that is truely isn't a problem but, I don't want to be overweight. So I have a few fitness questions. First how do I work on my stomach? I have a pot belly I wish I could a six pack but, I am not going to get a head of myself. What are some exercise that I can do? Then I have really big thigh's. What are some exercise for them. Then glutes lol I am wondering some exercise for that. The main guideline for that is for it to be very cheap to free to do the exercise. Then to end any dietary suggestions that would be good when trying to get a six pack?

Answers:
Start off by adding 3 cups of green tea a day to your diet.

To get in shape and toned up, try to walk 1 or 2 miles a day. Soon enough you can start jogging, or you could just keep upping the miles.

Split your food up into 5 or 6 two hundred calorie each meals/snacks. Eat every two hours with a glass of tea or water.


It might be good for you to join some kind of a class...like yoga, pilates, or kickboxing.
kick boxing is hardcore.
okay for your thighs do lunges and squats then for the top of your stomack do cruches and sit ups and for the bottom leglifts and these things i like to call curles basicly you lie on the grownd bring your knees into your chest and lift your hips off the ground do all those in 3 sets of 12 then the most important thing would be cardio (which burns fat) so anything like swimming, jogging, biking ect. this improves your endurance and burns all that fat away that is on top of the muscles you would be sculpting TIP always listen to music while doing cardio helps a ton. and if you want to loose fat of your stomach and thighs cut your bread and pasta intake little by little and eat a whole lot of fruits and veggies hope this helped
