Koshi cereals are great. You can also have any generic brand Corn Flakes/Cheerios as long as they are unsweetened. A big part of it will be personal preference so go to a health food store and buy a few to see which you like best.
I have found that Kellogs Special K has more vitamins and minerals than most other cereals and the taste is not bad at all.
eggs, wheat toast w/ raspberry jam, peach/orange/clementine/banana... daily vitamin, & oj/low fat milk
Oatmeal with non-fat milk and sliced bananas.

i like 2 eggs whites ( no yolks)2 slices of whole wheat toast and a glass of oj... or i would have to say a bowl of oatmeal with fruit slices ..but that's me.. you have to find what works for you... good luck .

Oats, like real oats, not quick oats.
They expand a bit in your stomach and keep you full for a long time.
Cook the oats in a pan with water, add a bit of salt and butter if you must.
the best breakfast i had is pizza with a glass of milk....can't go wrong there.....but if you want to make it good just eat it with a nice cool Corona...let me know how it works for you....
