That is all based on your fitness level, their is no "should" it is what you can do and what you want to be able to do. If you can bench 200 pounds and you want to be able to bench 250 then work your way to it.

Here are some guidelines for average size men (150-220 lbs):
Respectable:
Bench 100% Squat 125% Power Clean 60%
Good
Bench 150% Squat 175% Power Clean 80%
Awesome
Bench 200% Squat 225% Power Clean 120%
