Only if you cut the potatos up yourself and then eat them raw!!
No. Chips have little to no nutritional value.
If you are having trouble getting your 5 a day for vegetable look into some drinks. There are pretty good vegie drinks or even newer drinks with combined fruits and vegies in them.
The less processed the better.

Do all fruit and vegetables count?
Potatoes are nutritious but are classified as starchy foods, so for these purposes, don’t count towards your portions. And chips certainly don’t count either!
nope sorry.
Five portions of chips should cover all five bases nicely.
it part of mine
Ha, yeh, sure, only being boiled in all that grease kinda makes them less healthy than skipping them altogether.
No way, chips are fried foods, fatty, not healthy, i know chips are made from potatoes but there is many things done to the potato to make the chips which gets rid of the nutrients and goodness in the vegetable.
In theory the potato part is, not so sure about the frying though!
Hope so man, gotta T,bone for tea, with onion rings, tomato, peas, and lager, how manys that?
Course they do ...then you have chocolate [traces of veg] ..coke [gotta be traces of veg surely] bread ..[to put chips on must be a bit of veg in there ] .followed by apple pie and ice cream [ fruit in the apple ] ....sound really healthy :-)
LMAO .. No such luck i'm afraid.
Um, no. Sorry.
Not only are potato chips high in fat, a potato is a starch, which is pretty bad anyway.
If you really like chips, I would suggest trying a type of vegetable chip. They are really good, and for some brands, one serving is one of your five a day!
