Silk is good, cow's milk shouldn't ever be drank unless you're a baby cow. It's denatured in the pasturization process, and contains a low amount of all the vitamins the media brags it contains.
Whichever allows you to consume fewer calories. That is a combination of calories per ounce, and how many ounces you drink. So if one is lower in calories and is more filling for you (since different people will feel differently about this), that is the one you want to drink!
I'd personally say to get Lite Vanilla Soy Milk by 8th Continent. It has a lot of calcium for soy milk and is only 50 calories. If you eat three servings a day, you get your full percentage of it.

Soy Milk might be the best and i wouldnt try skim milk because then everything gos right through you! its like steroids
Skim milk has less calories and no fat compared to soy milk. However, Silk does make a brand of soy milk considered "light", where it has less calories and less fat but there is still some fat in it, so I'd go with the skim milk. You can still drink the soy milk of course, just in moderate amounts.
It really depends on the fat content and calorie content of each milk, my boyfriend works for a company who makes soy milk and its basically just powder and water. Plus unless you get the 99% fat free one, they are usually have more fat than full cream milk.
Skim milk has no taste for me, I prefer low fat milk personally, but it depends on your personal tastes.
