How may sqauts should i do to get toned thighs?

how many should i do and when and i need a little toned thighs in like 3 weeks because im skinny sorta but i need to get them toned pls help

try making patterns for yourself. like do a certain number a day. that will help. over time u will see results. like 30 a day. i listen to my music while excersizing and dont really keep track of how many of something im doing. when it starts to burn i know that im workin something. :) set yourself at a good pace

Try the hindu squats from Matt Furey. Have got some prtty good results from them. If u wanna know how to do them, search the web. Theres also a good vid on youtube.
Get on a bicycle.

Squats are fine if you want to bulk up, b ut to look toned, you should go for repetition, not resistance. Stationary bike is fine, but nothing beats a real bicycle out on the road for making your whole body look awesome in less than a month; just do it for at least 20 minutes daily.
You should try to mix up every day, but here is an idea. 25 squats 3 times a day. Also, lunges are good. Do these 3 days a week. And run, running pretty much helps the entire leg.
