This is what I do: At the begining of each week, plan out what your going to eat everyday for that week. Make a list of stuff when you go grocery shopping, and all the stuff that you like just buy the light, or less fat version of everything, you probably wont even be able to tell the difference. And try to keep each meal at 300 calories, and snacks 100 calories and under. Anyways your 17, so youll probably drop the weight sooner than you think.
