Workout regimen?

Question:
im going on spring break this year and want to have a kick a** body .can someone maybe give me an idea of what workouts to do ... i have a pretty good body now but i want abs

Answers:
Make sure you do some sort of cardio excercise because without it you will not loose any overlying stomach fat you will only work your muscles under your belly fat. Along with the cardio you have to do mad ab workouts. Get a medicine ball either 8 or 6 pounds heavy and do situps while holding the ball. Also if you want to maximize your results the best thing to add to all of this would be taking a vitamin. My friend works at GFC and he said this product that is a multivitimin and protein pill called EFC i believe it helps burn belly fat. Go in there and ask for help they will tell you.
In order for your abs or any muscle to get toned you need to do plenty of cardio. If you're already slim, getting toned will obviously be easier. The target excercises are secondary to cardio. Concentrate on cardio first and then worry about doing ab excercises. From experience I've noticed that after a good run, I go straight to working on my abs and the results are better. You also need to breath correctly when doing cardio excersises.
well if you want a kickass body you need some kickass workouts. So firstly be prepared to sweat and spend some time at the gym.

You have a pretty good body you say. To have abs you really need to have low body fat. Are your abs visible now. If they are not it could mean you have some underlying body fat or simply you have no stomach muscle. Either way, the thing to do now is to eat a low fat and carb diet.

To reduce body fat you need to cut your carb intake, and keep the fat low. Make up your calorie intake through eating low calorie vegetables and lean proteins. Forget about bread and rice and pasta for now. Stick to vegetables and some fruits for your carb source. That is only one part of the equation. The other part is exercise. YES!! both cardio and strength training. For your purpose, try to make your cardio more intense. This means instead of merely running or jogging add some sprints to it as well. High intensity leaves your body's metabolic rate reved up for longer.than moderate or low intensity.

As for weight training work all body parts and expecailly your abs. Do about 3 ab exercises with 4 to 5 reps of each exercise. For example, you cna do cruches, 4 to 5 sets of 25 each. As you get stronger do cruches with a weight behind your head for extra resistance. Besides crunches there are many other ab excercises. Go the www.bodybuilding.com to see some of them and exercises for the other body parts.

Good luck
