- Oatmeal (1/4 cup dry - Quick Oats, Old Fashioned or unsweetened instant) with blueberries/cherries/raisins (you can sweeten with a little bit of honey or maple syrup) and a few sliced almonds, or chopped walnuts

Research has shown that a diet that includes two serving of oatmeal a day can actually reduce bad (LDL) cholesterol levels as much as cholesterol-lowering prescription drugs.
The eggs provide a good source of protein and healthy fats which keeps you from getting hungry later in the morning.

Oatmeal, skim milk, no sugar, sliced apple on top. Maybe some cinnamon if you like that.

Whole grain toast with sugar free jelly, cottage cheese and maybe a little fruite (peaches maybe) or high-fiber cereals with low sugar and 2 percent milk.
A bowl of cheerios with skim milk is very low in cholesterol, fats, and has enough calories to get you through to lunch if your work day (or school day) doesn't contain strenuous exercise. corn flakes,rice cereals, and watch what you have with it as this can effect cholesterol
So put low fat or skim milk ,fruit juice etc on it
this is very healthy breakfast.
4small carrots, 2 oranges, 2 gannysmith apple, small pineapple. mix them in the juicer, drink them all. after you can have a small portion of plain pancake or 100ml yoghurt. or if you like to have a big breakfast, try to eat a sandwich with more Veggie and less ham, with lite cheese.
for burning calories, drink mineral water at least 350ml in the morning before put something else to your stomach.
healthy breakfast also will be maximize if you eat something match to your blood type.
one more thing, if your day activity are brain activity, half an hour before working, drink milk are helping.
