How much weight will I lose in ten days if I do this? Details inside. PLEASE LOOK!!?


Question:
Okay, I don't want anybody saying that I shouldn't be doing this or I'm too young or I'll be anorexic cuz it's only for ten days. If someone says that, I'll report you. Not to be mean, but I've delt with a lot of that already. I'm 14, 5'4", and 140 pounds. I need to lose at least a pound a day for ten days cuz that when I start high school. I have the whole day to exercise and all that.

Here's my plan:

Burn 3,500 calories on the exercise bike
Do 2,000 crunches
Run 2 miles a day...should it be 3??

For breakfast:
Dry Cereal that sixty calories per serving and one gram of fat and 14 grams of fiber
a cup of grapes

For lunch:
Same as breakfast

For snack:
Fruit

For dinner:
Whatever my mom gives me

Just be careful, don't overdo yourself, take some breaks too.
That's not being anorexic, so what they saying
well, i don't think it's true.
If you can do all that in a day, then you should lose about
5lbs and day or more. Depending on the calories you intake.

Here's some of my advice to lose weeight
build muscle. it'll take your extra fat.(fat that didn't get burn)
i don't exactly remember how.

drink lots of water, eat nuts and raisins to increase metabolism
workout.
eat healthy.
eat slowly, because it takes awhile for food to digest, so
it takes awhile to be full after eating.

eating slowly will allow you to know when you're full to eat less.

don't sit in front of the tv while eating.
pretty much pay attention only to your food when you eat
also allow your body to tell you when you're hungry, when it growls, eat.

do aerobic exercises

do 2 30min exercises then have a 20 min break you'll lose more wight than not taking breaks at all
play music that you enjoy, or music that makes you feel like dancing to you'll exercise more/longer

you can run in one place for 15 min per day or more.
or run up and downstairs. or jog/run/walk around your block.

then slowly increase the time, by 5 min per day.
and if you're gonna do sit-ups, cutches, pull=ups, etc. add 10 per day

starving will get you skinnier but at the end of it when you eat normally again your body will be saving it,
and you'll gain weight faster
like bears saving their food for the winter.

also laughing for 10-15 minutes
burns75 calories

If you get cravings in afternoon, it means you're not getting enough food in the day.
Have and extra half apple, or an extra of something healthy for breakfast or have a snack before
yur usual cravings start everyday.

Really do! It took me 19 hours altogether
to put this together.
I went through all my magazines
and look through the internet, for good sites
ask families and friends, and thought what i did
to put this together.
And read newspaper.
Also i'm a very slow typer.

One Q. Is the excersisin per day or total in 10 days? Risky if its goin to be in one day.
Your diet plan is a lil lackin in veggies and meat, but it covers the fruits and wheat and dairy. Dont forget to drink plently of water !! It'll help you while you're on this diet so dont forget the water !! Good luck and if its too much, stop immediately before you end up hurting yourself
Technically speaking just based on the exercise portion of your plan you will lose a little over a pound a day. ( it takes 3500 calories to lose a pound).
You didn't list how many calories you normally eat in a day so I'm not sure if you are cutting down on calories in your diet or not.
If you are able to keep this up for 10 days you should hit your goal. Just be careful, I have hip problems from overexercising in high school and college and i am only 23. If you hurt yourself make sure you rest up or you could be dealing with a lot of pain later on in your life.

well im 16 years old, 5'4, and 137 pounds and im tryna lose weight too...u should add green tea to ur diet as well...that's good for losing weight. and i started working out on monday cuz im tryna lose for school too...=) and i lost 3 pounds and it's thursday. and all i did was walk/run for an 1 hour everyday. eat 3 meals a day (oatmeal, salad, and stuff like that) drink green tea every morning with 8 glasses of water...u will definitely lose weight! GOOD LUCK cuz im aiming for the same thing.
The only thing with you doing this for 10 days is that once you go back to your normal diet and exercise routine your body may put the weight back on because you've starved yourself of calories which you would normally consume. I would say it's possible to lose up to a pound a day, I've seen it happen. Though I don't think it' particularly healthy for you. Also it's not possible to do 2000 crunches a day. If by some crazy feat you are, then you are definitely doing them wrong! I would say you need more protein and a bit more fat in your diet for energy etc, though hopefully that'll be included in the meal your mum gives you. Sometimes people find they have put on weight after short diets like this, but don't fret you might have just lost weight and instead earned more muscle. Drink lots of water to keep hydrated as well. Good luck and don't over do it!
