Sounds good to me. Just have a back-up cardio exercise, like spinning, in case you have an injury that makes jogging unbearable.

Absolutely. It's actually recommended to do cardio alongside exercise, but cardio 7 times a week won't hurt you, or just 3. Anything is better than none at all.
Yup, you're supposed to get your heart rate up by using cardio for at least 30 minutes each day.
Have at least one day off a week, to give your body chance to recover. And if you feel symptoms of overtraining (sleep disturbance, irritable moods etc) cut down.
I train twice a day, cardio in the morning and weights in the evening, with two active rest days a week, that seems to be giving me quick results.
its okay. just make sure that you do not overstrain yourself. start off by doing about 20 min. a day and work up from there. hope this helps.
