Er, the answer is in the question ...full fat..
only a glass shouldn't make a difference, but watch the other foods that you are eating
If you drink full fat milk with full fat meals it does..if you are alread a healthy weight, and have been for a long time, i say keep drinking...good calcium. but if you are trying to lose weight, it might not be the best choice..bk
slight clue in the title - 'full fat' !!
try switching to semi-skimmed or even better skimmed, there is still the same amount of calcium (the good stuff) in both!
Um, well... calfs go from little calfs to big grown calfs drinking whole milk, it is liquid meat. What do you think?
You must be referring to Vitamin D milk? Yes, it has more saturated fat and cholestoral. The lower the percentage of the milk, the less fat. You should drink the lowest percent you can. I drink 1%.
No not necessarily. If you have always been under weight it is hard to put it on. I tried for years but no luck and then in my late 30s I just started to eat more and the weight went on.
If you eat healthy and drink one glass of full milk a day then it shouldn't do anything. But if you dont' eat healthy, then it just might. why don't you try drinking a milk with less fat in it just in case? If you don't like the taste believe me you'll grow custom to it.
does the fact that it is "FULL FAT" not answer your question
only a glass wont hurt. but if its more than tht every single day yea it will
