Will i lose weight fast this way...?


Question:
plz no answers about it being unhealthy and to just diet and excerise. If I drink lemon water with honey, green tea, water and eat only grapefruit for 1 week will I lose weight? How much and how fast?

Answers:
probably like 4-6 pound in one week, it WILL be mostly water weight, but if you do it for 2 weeks you will loose 10lbs (WITH exercise) and when you start eating "normal" on the 3rd week you have to eat healthy and about 13000 calories..cause if you eat all fat and stuff the 3rd week, you will put the weight back on in an instant plus more. so eat healthy after this "fast" that should only last two weeks.
and don't eat just one grapefruit a day, eat about 3 or 4 so you dont faint and stuff!..
you lose ABOUT 2 pounds everyday you don't eat.

Not much because your body needs protein and pure water to lose weight. If you did lose a few pounds it would only be water weight
