Does drinking 8 glasses a day improve ur health and if not does it do anything at all?

Question:

Answers:
Scientific study shows that drinking more than necessary (proportionately to body weight and physical activity) may actually make you un-healthy. The reason is that if you drink too much water, it will flush out all the nutrients and minerals that your body needs, and make you actually weaker.

So, 8 glasses of water may be fine for someone who is working out a lot, since he is sweating a lot. But he will also need to replenish all the minerals that he lost - that's why sports drinks have sugars, and other mineral salts in them. For a person who doesn't do much physical work, he doesn't need that much water. Also, it depends on your body-weight and body-mass. If you are a small guy, drinking 8 glasses may be too much. But if you're a big guy, drinking 8 glasses may not be enough.
That depends on what you are drinking. If it's water, yes. Beer, not so much. Bleach, it will kill you!
It keeps you hydrated and helps your kidneys to remove waste products from your body, but it does not improve your health -- just maintains it.
Helps loose weight, keep the skin healthy, gives you energy, decreases risk of bladder, colon and breast cancer
