Answers:
The reason you aren't losing weight is because you're starving yourself. If you don't get at least 1200 calories a day your body goes into starvation mode and tries to hold onto everything you put in your body. Start eating 1200 calories a day and keep up the exercising and you should do good. I was actually gaining weight eating less than 600calories, now I eat over 1000 a day and have lost 5 pounds since (a weekish ago) along with my hour exercise routine. I wish you the best of luck and I hope I helped =].

Also, it depends on your weight, height, and body type
do not starve your self, you need to exercise more, and eat a proper meal, meaning that you get all your daily nutrients,
not eating actually can make you gain weight. i'm sorry that you haven't been getting results though, i know what that's like. umm..yeah..i would stop with the one meal a day thing..it's obviously not working right? try having three small meals a day, and don't eat at night. and what if you can't get it off because you're already tiny? and judging by your typing job im not sure you're doing so good right now. it's really unhealthy to not eat like that. i know, i've done it. good luck though, i hope you lose it..unless you're underweight then i hope you gain a few. talk to a doctor about it..they'll tell you what you need to do.
dont starve yourself...thats probably the reason why you cant lose weight. when you're not eating enough, you're body stores everything it gets. so basically when you're not eating enough, everything you do eat gets stored as fat.
just make sure you're eating 3 meals a day if you cant do 5. and try to excersise more. go running a mile every day and go to the gym. but whatever you do don't starve yourself
don't starve yourself, you're probably not exercising as you think you should... Walking down the block and back isn't considered exercising... and eating only one major food group like only meat doesn't help either.
my doctor made me eat only fruits and vegetables, crystal light, diet coke, and exercise. i've lost 3 pounds and i had some cake. so it worked for me , i'm not sure if it may work for u though.
You've been starving yourself for a month? One small meal a day and exercising? Gee I wonder why your body is holding onto what it has? Hmmmm. You should be nicer to your body.
So you say you can't do the meals differently because of your meds? I really don't see any room here to change anything. You aren't being open to change your eating. I wouldn't advise you to do anything exercise wise because of the way you are unhealthy. so..good luck.
Best way to loose weight is to increase your metabolism rate. Omega 3 fatty acid may be useful.

Helpful Tips for weight loss:

1)A good way to loose weight is to use a calorie counter watch

Keep to a 1,200 food intake

Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.

I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127

2) Most people do not get enough water in their system. Water is your body's principal chemical component, comprising, on average, 60 percent of your weight. Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.

Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. To determine if you are getting enough water use this simple formula.. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.
