How Can I Lose A Lot Of Weight FAST?

1. is it possible to lose like 10 lbs in like 3 weeks? ((so i look good for the first day of freshman year))

Answers:
First off losing weight fast does not help.
Second anyone who suggests anything other than diet and exercise is only trying to sell you a products. Once you get past looking for the magic pill to lose weight and accept that it is work you have a chance.
Third determine your required intake to maintain current weight and subtract about 500 calories from the to determine how much you can eat.
4th Start measuring your food to accurately count calories. You don’t have to do this forever but once in a while is good for 1 week periods to get you portion sizes back to normal.
Next start some strength training and some cardio. I would say more cardio than strength training until you have lost some weight then adjust as needed.
Try to train yourself to enjoy the time you have working out. This will make all the differences in the world. This is time you set aside for yourself to better yourself. It can be very relaxing and mentally refreshing as well as physically.
As for eating I eat 6 meals a day. They are small and enough so that I am not hungry. I body is always digesting so I burn more calories. This also prevents you from getting hungry which prevents binging.
I have three regular meals of around 300-400 calories and 2-3 snacks of about 200-250 calories.
stop eating for a while
Eat only bannanas and drink only coke or water. Briskly walk 1 mile nonstop everyday. Eat as many banannas as you like and drink all the water you can. You will lose 10 lbs in 15 days.

to lose weight really fast i eat about 800 calories a day... (a normal diet is 1500..) walk for a half an hour in the morning before you eat anything... don't eat anything after supper. drink lots of water... i eat a tv dinner for lunch and supper... the low fat ones about 300 calories each...eat a few bites of bread or something in the morning to get your metabolism started... if you need to munch during the day eat vegetables.. no dip.. or pickles lol
There is no safe healthy way to lose weight fast but there are ways to lose it fast in an unhealthy weight . but stopping eating won't help ya it adds more weight!
just control ur eating habits and exercise really hard

Only eat three times a day, cut out the snacking. Turn off the TV, the Ipod, and the compuer. Get out and run. Don't walk, run.
Notice how I did not say WHAT to eat. Just pick three times WHEN to eat, and leave it at that.
