you may want to start looking somewhere besides the diet and fitness section of yahoo
First of all I hope you live in the LA area or Burbank wherever they tape it. If not it will almost be impossible to get your foot in the door. If you do live in the area, look out for auditions in the paper or subscribe to one of those websites they like exploretalent or castings-calls I know they are not always legit in "jumpstarting your successful acting career" and require you to put down money but at least they update their casting calls, that way you'll know whenever there's an open audition and you can drive on over there. But the best thing to do is get a headshot and resume and send it directly to the casting directors of the shows. You should be able to find the adress online. Good luck!
well ive been trying for years and you need a agent i think any way if you go to drama school and the preformances there are usualy talent scouts there looking for undescovered talent. contact your local agent and get a interview (ussualy free) and she will tell you if she is interested and how much. then she will let u no if u have the material to make it as a star. contact disney channel as well for information :P good look
