Studies done with green tea suggest that it has many health benefits. Green tea contains pholyphenols which are anti-oxidants. Antioxidants help prevent and repair damage done by free radicals in our bodies
Chinese tea alone cannot create weight loss. When I was in Beijing this June, I was told by tea experts that girls should not drink too much green tea, as it is too heaty for females. They are alright for males.
There are other teas that are good for weight loss and health.
