every morning go for a banana shake(banana+milk) and in the afternoon go for an apple shake and eat lots of pure ghee along with your regular diet u can also include potatoes in ur diet..and stop worrying pal it will increase ur weight..

get a weight gainner. or eat as much as calories you can but stay away from fat and also protien in the most important part in gaining weight.
Eat lots of banana
ok u might have wats called a fast metabolism &if u do u have to not eat for a while(dont exagurate)&eat a lot all of a sudden & that is how change your metabolism.This way you will be able to gain wait if u had a fast metabolism.
you should drink milkshake of fruits like banana etc you can eat dry fruits which is good for your skin or you can drink bournvita daily
