Fitness plans?

Hey guys i just got the ok from my doctor to get back into training from a rugby injury.

I am not playing rugby till next year but i need to get back into a good routine workout does anyone know of a website that has exercise plans for 14 weeks or anything in that line?

i had a broken wrist and also tore a ligament in my left foot
