Splenda Answers? Need help!?

Question:
So I heard that Splenda really isn't a calorie free sweetner...an so I was wondering...

----How many carbs r in 1 tbsp of splenda?

Answers:
Not only is Splenda not a calorie-free sweetener, it is really not good for you and I strongly recommend not using it. The sweetener I use and therefore do recommend is agave nectar, which can be found at your local health food store or in the health food section of many grocery stores. Agave nectar has a very low glycemic index (it won't spike your blood sugar like many other sweeteners), it has a very nice taste and it's very versatile. A teaspoon has 20 calories and 5 carbs (there are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon). I hope this helps.
what?
where did you hear this from?
I LIVE on splenda, and i have never heard anything about it having calories.
Stay away from all of those artificial stuff. Go with natural sweetners like honey and natural cane sugar.
SPLENDA IS BAD

it is proven that artificial sugars like that can give people cancer

and if you care about animals at all you would probably like to know that they preform evil cruel lab tests on them and many dogs can't walk
its so sad
