Im playing out on my trampoline, but when i jump after a few seconds my head starts hurting really bad..why?

Question:
and wht can i do about it??

Answers:
Move it away from that low branch
You're probably de-hydrated - it's very hot out there!
Make sure you drink plenty of water and rest for a bit before you go out there again. Also wearing a hat and some suncream might help.
its just all the blood rushing to your head as you bounce thats all!!
Its nothing to worry about
Run to a doctor. U are really in trouble.
It cos your blood is rushing from your head as your bouncing, its your brain being starved of oxygen, i suggest not bouncing so high or hard!
Suspect a problem in your neck... see your doctor .
is the trampoline situated under a low ceiling?
DON'T LAND ON IT. Use your feet

DOH (ª¿ª)
before you got on the trampoline you were probably sitting down somewhere? like a couch? its because from being in a calm state you suddenly got extremely active (jumping on the trampoline takes a big toll on the body, larger than most people think). i would try drinking a glass of water then stretch for like 2 minutes, and finally get on the trampoline. it should work.
I agree w/ Dels Replies. It usually means your cervical spine is out and needs adjusting. I recommend you stop jumping until you go to get yourself adjusted, as you could really hurt yourself.
Dont worry, I have a trampoline too, and sometimes, it hurts my head also.
Your pea-sized brain was rattling around in your skull.
Take the lid off!
maybe coz u aint used 2 the high air?x
