Can you work out weight watchers points for me?

Question:
I've left my points finder at home - I have a bagel that's 220calories and 2g fat - if you've got a points finder can you tell me how many points that is? Thanks

Answers:
With no fiber information, that comes to 4 pts.
in my experience on weightwatchers, plain bagels were
3.5 points :)
hope it goes well for you
Every 100 calories is considered a point. Your bagel is three points - then you have to figures out the calories of what you put on your bagel and add that in.

If you have something that is 120 calories, it becomes 2 points. If something is 205 it becomes 3 points and so on.
Sorry.
well i have a portable calulator, but you forgot to tell me how much fiber is in it,,,, thats makes a HUGE difference. i figured it out for you with the calories you give me and how much fat, and it comes up to 5 pts
