Can i lose 10 pounds?

if i hardly ate anything until august 31st and run 5-10 miles a day will i be able to lose at LEAST 10 pounds by august 31st? if im 5'2 and 120 lbs?

you shouldnt need to lose much more.. but 10 pounds from that seems easy

dont kill urself by not eating though. .make sure u get enough carbs and proteins for u muscles
no. starving yourself will make you gain more weight in the long run. 5'2" is a perfectly healthy weight.

Yes, you will be able to BUT EAT. Avoid fatty +/- high energy products. If you wanna do physical training in the meantime make sure you provide your body with enough energy. (small trick for 1-2 pounds: WEE. drink something like alcohol /not much/ that makes you urinate. Bang! Result! Don“t do it regularly, though :)
dude you dont need to loose weight and you better eat soon cuz not eating is worse that being fat
you can lose 10lbs without starving your self , if you starve your self and then start eating again your gonna gain it all back and even more...so eat healthy salads and white meat and fruits and vegetables and lay off the sweets and snacks and you can lose 10lbs if not more along with the running you plan to do

no don't stave yourself because your body turns all of your muscle into fat and that's not good. Just eat fruits and vegetables in that time and I think you could do it!
I wouldn't recommend u loosing any weight as u have perfect and normal weight. If u have belly fat that u want to get rid...or just want to stay healthy. DO NOT STARVE. It can take the glow from ur face. Exercise. Do not eat oily foods or no fast food. Have veggies, fruits and heallthy stuff. Take fiber. U need atleast 23 grms of fiber per day. The best fiber source is 100% bran cereal...others r nuts, yogurt, apple (with skin).and rest u can research on internet.
Hey, I want to lose ten pounds too =) And im 120 lbs. Lol I think you can pull it off I might try it too but instead of running I think I'll try biking, well I'm on this diet its a kind of soup diet it lasts about a week and you can lose up too 10 pounds.
