How should your diet be in order to lose weight?

Question:
I know six meals a day and less calories. But does the AMOUNT you eat make a difference. Like if you ate 1 bowl of cereal that was 100 calories or 3 bowls that were 100, would it make a difference?

Also does the time you exercise make a difference? Should you exercise closer to when you ate or furthur.

Answers:
The best thing you can do is go to a doctor/nutritionist, that way they can help you plan what is best for your body. What works for one person doesn't work for the next person.
Honestly, you shouldn't watch the calories. It's all about how much you eat. Eat small meals and make sure to drink a cup of water before eating anything. Every two hours (in between your meals) eat a very small (and healthy) snack, like maybe an apple or a handful of nuts or maybe even just water.
