well i lost 20 pounds in a month during wrestling. I only ate 2 salads a day plus after each wrestling practice i lost at least 2 or 3 pounds from the workout. Do exercises for about 2 hours a day. While exercising put a lot of clothes on like 2 shirts and 2 sweatshirts. This will make you sweat more and lose more weight

I think you should stop worrying about your weight because there are millions of other people (like people who have no parents in Africa which also have HIV/AIDS) who would take being your weight than living the life they already have.
The most you should lose in 12 pounds in a month. Losing more than 3 a week is unhealthy.
Lucky, school starts next month for you. Our district starts on August 14 th and i want to lose 5 pounds by then and I have lost 2 so far.
Umm okay that is going to make you sick.sorry but if you ever have seen degrassi then you know why...btu if you havent if ytou lose so much wait then you could becoome reallly sick and end up in the hospital...so take my advice
You probably look fine the way you are but if you want ot lose wait hten workout eat right not dieting but eat right and drink plenty of water you will lose like 4 punds a month
I did that once. I don;'t know how. I just went out and jogged every other day and did some exercise tapes once in a while and I ate good too. But then again I'm young.
