How can I tone up in two weeks?

I know I can't make it look drastically different but how can I make my body better within the next two weeks?

You're a really cute girl!! I think you look great the way you are. And the reason that I say that is because 1) it's true and 2) in those pictures, you look really confident. When I see girls that have a little extra on them (not that you do), and say they have a gorgeous face, I think they're just as pretty as all of those skinny girls.

All right, first of all, if you want real toning results, you're not going to get them in 2 weeks. A toned body comes from eating a certain way and cardio and weight training. You will begin to see results in 3-4 weeks, and a drastic change in 8 weeks. Read Oxygen magazine or Muscle and Fitness Hers for more information.

However, you can lose weight in the next 2 weeks. It's ideal to lose only 2 pounds per week, but does anyone ever listen to that? Cut your diet down to 1400 calories. Once you stop losing weight, add exercise. I've lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks before, but it comes right back on, because that would be crash dieting.

After you meet your "deadline" for whatever event your preparing for, consider going on a real diet that will change the shape of your body and your attitude towards fitness.

i see what you mean. there is a bit of work needed there . well if that was a real magic wand you had you could do it in 2 weeks no problem. but its not so you cant . your friends nice looking by the way .

As for toning-up over the next 2 weeks, do little things like push-ups against the wall or table, lifting a 2 liter bottle of water, etc. A 2 liter bottle of water weighs 2 kilograms. Even though that may not seem that heavy, the number of repetitions you do will result in toned arms as time passes. For the legs, do squats and forward lunges. No matter what type of exercise you do, make sure you stretch thoroughly. You don't want a pulled muscle or hamstring. Good luck.
