Pleaz help! i need to know if 89-90 pounds is a good weight for a 13 year old girl whose 5'3?

i dont know whats wrong with me!? i have an eating disorder and everyone tells me im skinny but i still think im fat. and im on vacation with my grandparents and before i left i was 93 nad now im either 89 or 90 and my parent ssaid if i lost any weight they would put me in a hospital! i know its wrong to not eat right and exercise like a maniac but i cant help it! what should i do?

i'm 5 ft 6 and weigh 83kg which to me is too heavy . i aslo have a high bmi , which put's me at risk of heart disease and other illnesses. at the minute i am going to the gym and eating healthy which is what i would advise you to do. if you don't lose weight then you may just end up in hospital
Go on a vegan diet. Absolutely no meat, no dairy products. Eat tons of fruits and vegetables, drink soy milk, eat whole grains. Research veganism and see if it's something you're up to trying. You'll be naturally slim but overall pretty healthy. Your grandparents are only worried for your health. You can still be slim AND healthy at the same time. However, if you are going to go vegan, I suggest not "exercising like a maniac". You're still really young and I'm sure just 20-30 minutes of walking every day is plenty of exercise. Good luck.
talk to your parents and let them get you the treatment you need. being in the hospital and getting counseling is much better then dying. you need to eat the proper amount of calories for your age, height, weight and for the amount of exercise you do. so please talk to your parents and let them know how you are feeling and they can then try to help you get healthy.

Well, if you keep up at your present speed you will be dead in a few more months. Your parents would be wise to put you in a hospital, period. You are anorexic and are dying, you're just too stubborn to realize that. At 5'3" you should weigh 130-145 pounds. Anything less than that is unhealthy. You are nearly half of what you should weigh and are nothing but ugly bones with some skin stretched over them. This is not attractive, not even a little bit. Stop exercising and start eating and keeping the food in your stomach. You must have a death wish. But I guarantee if you don't start eating in a healthy manner and get yourself up to a healthy weight, you most likely won't live long enough to see Christmas.
