Eat before or after gym?

Question:
Ok here is how it goes. I want to start doing gym everyday, the only time that I have is from 1 to 4 oclock everyday which is my launch break. My question is if I come home at 1:15. whats is it wise to do? to do gym once I come home and eat at some specific time later on (Which hopefully you will tell me) or get to eat first and do my gym at some specific time later?

Thanks!

Answers:
Eat after. It is really difficult to exercise on a full stomach. Also, if you eat after you exercise, your body's metabolism is still up so it would burn your food faster. :)
You should be snacking thru the day. So you should have a snack before and after. Not a meal before you work out though.
i would say eat after wards, you don't wanna feel nauseous while ure exercising and doing the gym on a full stomach is not a good idea anyways. i say make sure to have a good breakfast, then go to the gym and eat after the gym
well i go to the gym everyday and i prefer to eat after words because if you eat before you will be to full to do anything and not wanting to do any workouts or if you get home at 1:15 then go to the gym around 2:30 after you food setteled down i say well let me know how it goes for you bye
