Question:
Ok, so I want to shed about 50 pounds. I am 5'7" and Im 180 lbs. I have a medium to large frame. I have started speed walking on the treadmill (3.8mph) for 30 minutes, doing 3 sets of 50 crunches and leg lifts. If I increase my time on the treadmill by 5 minutes every other day (5 days a week) how much weight can I be expected to lose?? I also have been watching my diet closely, eating lots of fruits, weaning myself off soda and lowing caloric intake. How much weight can I be expected to lose in 1 month?? Thanks in advance and if you have any different tips that worked for you losing weight please share!! Thanks
