Eat healthy. Drink milk (or have cheese and other things with calcium) and exercise to stay healthy and to get oxygen through your blood. If your doctor says its ok, take vitamins once a day to help.

Besides that, there is nothing else you can do that I know of. You're 14, so you are still growing. Everyone goes through puberty at different ages and kids continue to grow all the way up to their 20's sometimes. My older brother was always a shrimp when we were younger. He was about 5'4 for a long time, but around age 17, he suddenly started growing fast. By age 20, he was about 6 feet tall.

It all depends on how tall your parents are. If your dad is 6 feet and your mom is not too much shorter, there is a good chance you'll be around 6 foot tall too. If your parents are short, there is a good chance you won't be much taller than they are, but by eating healthy you have a chance to be a little bit taller than them. Not much, but a little. If you take care of yourself, though, you'll be able to grow to your full potential height without trouble.

PS: My youngest brother was always really small too. My dad is about 6 feet tall, but my mom is 5'3". My youngest brother is now 6'5". He's a health nut and always took good care of his body, so that's why I say your best chance is to eat healthy foods and exercise...because that's what he did and he's the tallest one in my whole family.

Good luck.
just because some of your friends are taller doesn't make you short. im 15, 6 foot flat, my dads 6ft5, and i may be as tall as him, but some of my friends are still and inch or 2 taller. some are even taller than that. drink milk, and hope you have good genetics i guess.
Eating anything with calcium will help your bones grow for your muscles eat alot of protein, at your age just eat alot of good food. You body needs all of carbohydrates, protein, calcium and vitamins and nutrients, you dont need too much fat in your diet.
Unfortunately, your height, is already predetermined. Why would you think that you could do anything to change this? Genetics (your mother and father) will "determine" your height. If you are a boy, you are most likely still growing and will continue to grow (you could even grow a couple of inches in a few months time, once again - genetics) if a girl, you are almost to your full adult height.
Sorry, Genes in the chromosones thru the blood stream determmine your height. Bunch of other stuff... Get them genes from your parents. Your only 14 could be a slow grower... Be patient... Get your buddies together and start lifting weights and building muscle. Then we will see how small you are in about 4 years. NASCAR John Andretti is not a large person... But, when he get in that hot rod on the track at Daytona at 200mph he is bigger than life.. Same with Mark Martin... Very big men at what they do -- both millionairs.
Since you are still within the growing age , you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.get2itnow.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!
