Answers:
I'm interested in knowing what position you are in football. If you're one of the defensive/offensive linemen, you certainly have to go to your nearest gym and get yourself buff. But if you're more of a fast running quarterback, you just have to stick on your camp's speed drills. That's the best advice that I could give you if you desire pure speed because I myself don't know anything about speed drills.

If you're interested to build strength and power, feel free to e-mail me at squallleonhart3887201765@yahoo... and I could send you a strength training routine that can really stack some power in your body. However, if you really wanna get results, you also have to follow my diet and nutrition plan. I'm not saying that it would be cheap, but it sure hell would be worth it.

My best advice for you is to stick with your football's training camps. Your coach will always provide the best training program possible for his team.
