ok i am a little over 5'0 and my waist is 32 and a half inches around do i need to loose weight there? and also i have muscular thighs and they are 17 inches around i hate them but do you think i need to loose weight there? i hate my butt its 37 inches how can i lose weight there?

squats and lunges will tone up your butt very quickly.
Try crunches for your waist.
Squats are really good for toning your butt & thighs.
Biking is also really good for toning legs.
