Need help with my bulging tummy...?

Question:
my height and weight match. i am even 5 pounds below the recommended for my height. however, for some reason, my stomach isn't flat it just sticks out. if i keep losing more weight, the fat is just gonna stay loose, will doing sit ups tighten up my stomach? i am confused as to what to do for myself because i feel very self-conscious wearing a tee shirt. i already lost 17 pounds. do i need to lose more?

Answers:
WOW!! You're awesome!! I want to lose that much!

Anyways...doing crunches and situps only build muscle on (or under) the fat which doesn't help the bulge at all. To lose the bulge, you do cardio. Like running, bicycle, jump rope? anything to speed up your heart rate. At least 30 minutes a day and you should see results in maybe a week or so. (while eating healthy still)

Good luck!!
no way girl!.im very proud of you by losing that much.i wish i were like you.anyways.all you have to do is tone your stomach by doing some ab work.sit ups are ok but dont want to do it all the time.just because it may cause back problems.

try this:
-lie on your back.
-lift your legs about 8cm-10cm high
-try to grab your legs but keep your butt planted on the floor.

you should start feeling the burn in your abs.
