I need an exercise routine.?


Question:
I need help making a routine to lose weight in my stomach and legs. I had a baby so I have some left over weight. I'm 5'5" and 145 lbs. I used to be 100 lb before I got preggers. I have all the time in the world because my son is currently living with his father while I'm stuck in another town for 2 more years. I see him often, but I have a lot of spare time and a lot of weight to get to losing. Help? It'd be really great. I'm up for anything!

Answers:
Join the gym. Rotate between weight lifting and cardio. It keeps you in great shape. Thats what I do and I play soccer. =)
