Fish and fat content?

Question:
I have been dieting for the last two weeks. Making my meals healthy such as salads, home made smoothies, plenty of turkey, chicken and fish.

I have been eating smoked mackerel as I thought it was a super health food. This it is but ive just realised its full of fat and calories. Needless to say, the first 3lbs i lost the first week has now went back on plus an extra 2lbs!!

Now im depressed and fed up. I only want to lose 10lbs for my holidays in 5 weeks time now im never gonna do it.

Does anyone have any ideas? Apart from eating less fatty fish, how can I lose this 10lbs quickly?

thanks

Answers:
Fish has no fat in it.. it must have been something else you ate.. go with salmon and tuna. chicken shrimp and rice.salads, yogurt, breads. dont eat after dinner and do cardio at least once a day, or twice a day for 25 minutes each session. Drink only water, no soda or anything with sugar in it.
