My body fat % is too lo, any tips?

Question:
Apparently my weight is healthy which is in the low 120's, (My range is 115 to about 160, but my % is below the healthy minimum of 5-6% (I'm about 2.2 give or take). Is it even possible to gain more body fat without gaining a lot of weight and what the right way to do it?

Answers:
You have said it yourself, you can't put on body fat without gaining weight! How you got your calculations I don't know. The problem here is that it sounds as if you are a weight watcher and want a perfect, weight, body fat, shape and health. However, I suggest you leave things alone as they are, if you keep losing weight (Body Fat) Go see a Nutritionist or your MD.
I'm not really sure if it's possible to not gain weight when you're trying to gain fat.

I think the best way to gain body fat is to eat the healthy kind of fat and carbs like avoccados and other fruits and vegetables with allot of fat. This is healthier than eating butter or other fat sources because it doesn't have as much calories and it is a good source of fiber.
Not to be mean, but I highly doubt you are %2 body fat, I weigh and tape soldiers in the army for body fat percentages, I have never seen anyone under %11. how did you get this calculation? If you want to gain body fat you will also gain weight.. there isnt anything wrong with that, just eat healthy, like red meat and a 3000 calorie a day diet..
I can help you out! I have plenty..Your choice,thighs,tummy?
